Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://mikyslandscaping.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services. Miky's Landscaping provides Lawn Mowing, Bush Trimming, Mulch Installation, Sod Installation, Irrigation Installation, Landscape Design and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Miky's Landscaping and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Miky's Landscaping may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

As-Is Basis. https://mikyslandscaping.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Miky's Landscaping makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Miky's Landscaping's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Miky's Landscaping harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by WA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in WA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
